Super Weapons and VCR

Right now, combat vcr does not last more than 300 ticks most of the
time.

Only way i would see is by having some odd ship on flee to try waste
the 300 ticks but as soon it would die, second wave ships enter the
screen.

As we know, Super Weapon fires at tick 300 hence it rarely happens
now.

This takes away a good part of the usefulness of thoses weapons,
notably the Nemesis torpedo.

I suggest it to be revisited so they can fire at tick 150 and maybe
even be able to benefit from power boost mode with maybe more
catastophic ill-effects than normal weapons .

I'm in favor of a nemesis torpedo firing at vcr tick 100 and 310 (fire
only once).

Before the VCR combat change you could enter all your ships in 2nd
wave (tick 300) and fire the nemesis torpedo 10 tick later, at tick
310.

Super weapon are rarely used in combat and cost a lot, the nemesis
torpedo as is use in VCR, while other super weapon have all abilities
that are worth outside of VCR.

I would allow the other super weapon to fire at tick 150 and 310 (fire
only once).
