Assault pods

Hi, can you please check that:
I sent an assault pod to board a disabled enemy ship. It's a the same
position and set to board and transfer but no vcr has been generated.

What' the max velocity and max acceleration of assault pods? It's not
documented yet in the Battle Manual.

Assault Pods can't initiate combat. That turned out to cause more
problems than it solved and was removed.
