Almost all race can reclaime dead Borg, as their colonist when faced
in ground combat.
First this is so rare I do recall have it seen it, and i have played
the Borg and faced them often.
Most of the time you can not ground attack the Borg because the are in
too much number and will change into troop and assimilate you.

So only when facing very little number of borg can you consider ground
attacking them, and since they are so little, well it does not worth
it do dispatch ships, troops, pods, time... to do it. so this
weakness is never really used against the Borg.

When the Borg decide to ground attack, well they will win and
assimilate you, so no chance to use their weakness vs them.

BUT, I have seen some ground combat where a little Borg have been
captured, and all races let them in prison without reclaiming their
ppl, this is very weird, we can do it with field medic on the battle
site, but we can not do it in our hospital taking our time and using
all the doctor and advance technologies to do it...

If you watched Star Trek, the federation often reclaim captured
(prisoners Borg...picard and so on).

So here the proposition let cyborg prisoners follow the same rules as
for ground combat.
You reclaim them as colonists, 30% of them, the rest die. (they should
be no limit on how many you can reclaim per turn, since they are no
limit in the ground combat) If a limit is introduced i suggest 10% per
turn, but you need 1-1 colonist to reclaim prisoners Borg, if your
reclaiming 20K borg you need to have 20K colonist or more.

* Lizards, Crystals or another Cyborg will not reclaim colonists.
* Birdmen can reclaim 50%.

FROM WIKI

Ground Combat

In a ground war with the Cyborg 30% of the defeated Cyborg colonists
will be reclaimed as colonists by the other race.

* Lizards, Crystals or another Cyborg will not reclaim colonists.
* Birdmen can reclaim 50%.
* Cyborg killed by assault units or fighters will NOT be
recovered.

I like it.

Maybe there could be an extra reclamation bonus if you have a ship
with a hacker droid parked above the planet (say an extra 20%) as the
clever droid helps to avoid killing off drones when deactivating
them.
