From the wiki:

Privateers get an extra 100mc in a base, if that base is able to
gather more than 10 crime. If they are able to gather more than 50
crime on one of their bases, their earning will reach 200mc.

I've amassed quite some crime in some test games and absolutely no
extra money is showing up. In the game I currently play I just
thought is was one of those incomes you just didn't see, there is no
log and it's not calculated in the base industrial stats screen, but I
had assumed it showed up. Fix please? As the Privateers recently got
slammed with the change to only 50k native pods (and that hurts the
privs alot more than the rebels as the rebels can mass produce falcons
early on and simply overkill the dusting) they need at least their own
gimmicks to work.

Are they just getting Crime from general activity, or are they
actually pulling crime from another base?

I think the latter is what is supposed to get the money.

I could be completely mistaken, as I haven't really looked at the
Privateers much.

A single base needs to amass more than 10 crime in a single turn from
other bases to get any income from it.

There isn't a log to tell you how much you have amassed in a single
turn.

It appears to be very difficult to amass much crime since you are
either taking away or giving an enemy base crime.

most players maintain enough troops and hg to keep crime at or near
zero. and this is before the privs come to steal the crime. so when
its stolen its not a whole lot. however there are cases where you can
manufacture crime over a base to be harvested. but most folks would
rather destroy bases as opposed to spending time and money generating
crime to be harvested.
