I would like to know if the number of Troops trained is limited by how
many Troops you already have at the base.
I was shiping Troops away from one base (just moving Troops; not the
Colonists, Crew or HG), and I noticed that the projected number of
Troops trained (on Military tab) was significantly reduced. That
caused me to take a closer look at the projected information and I
double-checked it against the formulas on the wiki.
I noticed that even before removing the Troops, the projected number
was still not as high as the formula would show it to be (on another
base, with more Troops relative to how many are trained, the projected
number matches the results from the formula).
Just from that base (an extremely small sample, I know), it appears
that the number of new Troops is limited by 46% of the existing
Troops. It this an actual limit in Host, or simply an error in the
client projections?
